1. Stand with your feet past shoulder with apart, "wide". Lunge wide to the side while keeping your other foot flat.
Bend your “Leaning” knee while keeping the other knee straight. Forcefully push back from your foot to return to the starting position.
2. As you lunge side to side, drop the opposite side DB by the opposite sides ankle and repeat on the other side.
3. As you continue to lunge side to side, pick up the opposite side DB and repeat on the other side.
4. Repeat from the beginning.
