Do an Online workout everyday of the week, either Live or On-Demand, post a pic or video of it in the Facebook Group or tag Pam, William, or Susie and get the "I Survived Freak Week" shirt! $10 for the shirt. Has to be every day and can't be 2 in one day. All 7 days guys, no exceptions!

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workouts are meant to boost your metabolism, burn calories, build lean muscle (the long lean sexy type of muscle) while keeping the fire ignited for hours after the workout is complete.
New to standard HIIT training? Don’t sweat it! We always offer modifications and if you chat with the Instructor during class, we can make it very specific to your limitations. LET’S DO THIS!
