Arm Thread Shoulder Drop to Sky Reach

Directions on How to Perform it Correctly:

1. Start on your hands and knees in a tabletop position, with your wrists aligned under your shoulders and knees under your hips.
2. Extend your right arm out to the side, palms facing down.
3. Slowly thread your right arm under your left arm, reaching across the body.
4. Lower your right shoulder and right side of your head towards the floor, feeling the stretch in the upper back and shoulder.
5. Hold for a moment, then reverse the motion, lifting the right arm and reaching it up towards the sky.
6. Turn your head to look at your extended right hand as you reach upwards, engaging the muscles in the upper back and shoulder.
7. Return to the starting position and repeat for desired number of repetitions.

This dynamic stretch is great for increasing mobility and flexibility in the shoulder and upper back, making it an excellent warm-up or cool-down exercise.
